Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, renewals and refunds work for Vandiya's software subscriptions and online services. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel, what happens at renewal, and when you can get a refund for products and services bought from Vandiya Softwares Private Limited ("Vandiya," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Use. Where this policy allows a refund, it applies in place of the general rule in section 4 of the Terms that payments are non-refundable.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything you buy from Vandiya, which is delivered online only:
- Software subscriptions, such as our CRM, AI tools, reputation and review tools, social media tools, and business listing tools, billed monthly, yearly, or for another period shown at checkout.
- Digital and online services, such as website builds, search engine optimisation (SEO), listings management, setup and onboarding, and other managed services.
The price, billing period and renewal terms of each product are shown at checkout and on your receipt.
2. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription or service, email support@vandiya.com from the email address on your account. Please include your business name and the product or service you want to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You will not be charged again for that product after your cancellation is confirmed.
- Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the product or service stops.
- To avoid the next charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
- Cancelling does not by itself give a refund for the current period. Refunds are covered in sections 4 to 6 below.
Before your access ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the renewal price shown at checkout, until you cancel. If a product was bought with an introductory or promotional price, the renewal price that applies after the offer ends is shown at checkout.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it or contact you to update your payment details. If it still cannot be collected, we may pause or end the service.
Renewal charges are not refundable once the new billing period has started, except for duplicate or failed charges (section 5) or where the law requires a refund.
4. Refund window for new purchases
Software subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with a software subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of that product. This applies to your first payment for that product only, not to renewals or later purchases of the same product.
Digital and online services. If you cancel a service before we have started work on it, we will refund the full amount you paid. If work has already started, we will refund the amount you paid for the part of the service that has not yet been started, less the value of any work already completed and any third-party fees already paid out on your behalf. The same 7-day window from purchase applies to services, with the partial-refund rule above.
If you bought a product at a discount, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid.
5. Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was taken from your account but the payment failed or your order was not confirmed, you will get a full refund of the extra or failed amount. This applies at any time and does not depend on the refund window above.
Many failed payments are reversed automatically by your bank or our payment partner. If the amount has not returned to your account within 7 business days, email support@vandiya.com with the date, the amount and the transaction reference, and we will sort it out.
6. What is not refundable
Except for duplicate or failed charges, or where the law requires otherwise, the following are not refundable:
- Setup, onboarding, design, configuration or other service work that has already been completed.
- Website builds once the design has been approved by you or the site has gone live, and SEO or other managed-service work already carried out for the current period.
- Third-party fees we have already paid out on your behalf, such as Google Workspace seats, domain name registrations, software licences, and advertising spend paid to ad platforms.
- Renewal charges once the new billing period has started (see section 3).
- The unused part of a billing period after you cancel, outside the refund window.
- Accounts suspended or closed because of a breach of our Terms of Use.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@vandiya.com from the email address on your account, with your business name, the product or service, the payment date and amount, and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 2 business days and will tell you by email whether the refund is approved.
8. How and when refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method used for the purchase (for example, the same card, UPI account or bank account), through our payment partner. We do not pay refunds in cash or to a different account.
We start the refund within 5 to 7 business days of approving it. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the money to show in your account.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a payment dispute through your bank.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Changes do not affect refunds for purchases made before the change, which are handled under the version of this policy in place at the time of purchase.
