LeadFinder pricing: what lead generation costs in India, the US and Canada
LeadFinder has a Free plan with 2 searches a month, Pro at $29 a month (₹1,999 + GST in India, C$39 in Canada) and Premium at $69 a month (₹4,999 + GST, C$95). Yearly billing gives two months free, and Pro and Premium can add one-time packs of 25, 50 or 100 searches or people lookups.
How much does LeadFinder cost?
LeadFinder has three plans: Free, Pro and Premium. Prices are set per currency, and the allowances are the same in every currency. Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price, which works out to two months free.
| Plan | USD | INR (+ GST) | CAD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 forever | ₹0 forever | C$0 forever |
| Pro, monthly | $29 / month | ₹1,999 / month | C$39 / month |
| Pro, yearly | $290 / year | ₹19,990 / year | C$390 / year |
| Premium, monthly | $69 / month | ₹4,999 / month | C$95 / month |
| Premium, yearly | $690 / year | ₹49,990 / year | C$950 / year |
In India, prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. In USD and CAD, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where it applies. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.

Which currency will you pay in?
Customers pay in their own currency: INR (+ GST) in India, CAD in Canada and USD everywhere else. On the LeadFinder page, prices switch to your currency automatically, and you can change it with the USD, INR and CAD buttons above the plans. Checkout happens securely inside the LeadFinder app.
How do add-on packs work?
Pro and Premium can buy one-time packs, with no subscription, when a month needs more than the plan allowance. Each pack is either searches or people lookups.
| One-time pack | USD | INR (+ GST) | CAD |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 searches or 25 people lookups | $9 | ₹499 | C$12 |
| 50 searches or 50 people lookups | $15 | ₹899 | C$20 |
| 100 searches or 100 people lookups | $25 | ₹1,599 | C$35 |
Pack credits are used after your monthly allowance runs out, and they last 12 months. If you move to the Free plan, unused pack credits are paused, not lost, and they resume when you upgrade again within those 12 months.
What does one search cost on each plan?
As an approximation, here is the list price divided by the number of searches included, excluding GST and any sales tax, and assuming you use the full allowance. Figures are rounded to two decimals:
| Option (approx. price per search) | USD | INR | CAD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro, monthly (150 searches) | about $0.19 | about ₹13.33 | about C$0.26 |
| Premium, monthly (400 searches) | about $0.17 | about ₹12.50 | about C$0.24 |
| Pack of 25 searches | about $0.36 | about ₹19.96 | about C$0.48 |
| Pack of 50 searches | about $0.30 | about ₹17.98 | about C$0.40 |
| Pack of 100 searches | about $0.25 | about ₹15.99 | about C$0.35 |
Each search returns 60 results on paid plans, and "Load 60 more" or "Widen area" uses one search for the next batch, refunded if it brings back no new businesses. See how searches add up on a real city search.
What counts as a search?
Searches are the main allowance on every plan, so it helps to know exactly what uses one:
- A new search, such as "dentists" in "Toronto", uses one search and returns 60 results on paid plans (20 on Free).
- "Load 60 more" ("Load 20 more" on Free) uses one search for the next batch. If the batch brings back no new businesses, the search is refunded.
- "Widen area" grows the search area 1.6 times per click, up to 3 times and capped at 160 km across, and loads one batch from the bigger area. It also uses one search, with the same refund rule.
- Full-city search on Pro uses search credits, and Premium's deeper full-city search gives twice the coverage.
People lookups, mailbox verifications and campaign emails have their own monthly allowances, listed in the plan table above. The usage meter in LeadFinder shows how many searches and lookups you have left this month.
How much do you save by paying yearly?
Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get twelve months for the price of ten:
- Pro yearly: $290 (save $58), ₹19,990 + GST (save ₹3,998) or C$390 (save C$78).
- Premium yearly: $690 (save $138), ₹49,990 + GST (save ₹9,998) or C$950 (save C$190).
Monthly billing suits you if you are still testing a niche. Yearly suits teams that already prospect every month.
When should you move from Free to Pro?
The Free plan is built for trying LeadFinder, not for running outreach. Upgrade when you notice any of these:
- You want every email in a search, not just the first 3 businesses (the rest are masked on Free), or you need named contacts.
- 20 results per search is not enough for the cities you cover.
- You need to export results as CSV, keep saved lists, or use the full CRM with filters and saved views (Free only gets a read-only preview of up to 10 contacts).
- You want to send campaigns from your own Gmail or SMTP mailbox. Free has no campaigns (see the SMTP setup guide for what you will connect on Pro).
Worked example: which plan fits which team?
- Trying it out. A freelancer in Pune wants to see whether local interior designers are worth pursuing. The Free plan's 2 searches a month, with name, address, phone, website, rating, category and socials on every result, are enough for a first look at a niche.
- Steady prospecting. An agency in Chennai works one or two niches a month and emails the leads it finds. Pro gives 150 searches, every email, the CRM, saved lists, export, 1 sending mailbox and 2,000 campaign emails a month, at ₹1,999 + GST.
- Higher volume. A B2B sales team in Toronto covers several cities and sends more outreach. Premium gives 400 searches, deeper full-city search, 40 people lookups, 3 sending mailboxes and 10,000 campaign emails a month, at C$95 a month.
- A busy month. Any Pro or Premium user can add a pack of 25, 50 or 100 searches instead of upgrading.
How does LeadFinder compare with buying a lead list?
A bought list is a one-off file. LeadFinder is a monthly allowance of fresh searches in the niches and cities you choose, with website enrichment, email checks, a CRM and campaigns from your own mailbox on paid plans. For agencies, the agency guide shows a full search-to-campaign example, and the Google Maps lead generation guide explains where the data comes from.
