What is LeadFinder?
LeadFinder is Vandiya's own lead-search tool. You search a business type and a location, and it lists real local businesses with their name, address, phone, website, rating and category, then looks for public emails and social links on their websites.
Where do the emails come from?
LeadFinder visits each business's own website and collects email addresses and social links the business has published there.
Are the emails guaranteed to work?
No. LeadFinder runs basic checks: valid format and a working mail server for the domain. It also flags disposable addresses and generic role addresses such as info@. Treat the badges as a guide, not a guarantee.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 searches a month with 20 results per search, phones, websites and socials for every result, and emails for the first 3 businesses per search.
Which currency are prices in? Do they include tax?
In India, prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. Customers pay in their currency: INR (+ GST) in India, CAD in Canada, and USD everywhere else. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where it applies. You can switch currency above the plans.
Can I send email campaigns from LeadFinder?
Yes. Pro includes 2,000 campaign emails a month and Premium 10,000. Campaigns send from your own mailbox: connect Gmail with one click (send-only), or any mail server over SMTP, such as Zoho, Microsoft 365 (with SMTP enabled by your admin) or GoDaddy and cPanel mail. See the SMTP setup guide.
Does LeadFinder track replies?
Replies go straight to your own inbox. Gmail mailboxes do not detect replies automatically, so you mark replies yourself in LeadFinder.
Can I import contacts I already have?
Yes. The CRM on paid plans supports bulk CSV and Excel import and export, up to 25,000 rows.
How do add-on packs work?
Pro and Premium can buy one-time packs of 25, 50 or 100 searches or people lookups for $9, $15 or $25. Pack credits are used after your monthly allowance and last 12 months. If you move to the Free plan, unused pack credits are paused, not lost, and resume when you upgrade within 12 months.
