Which AI employees can you set up?
AI Receptionist, Reputation Specialist, Inside Sales Representative, Support Agent, Data Analyst, HR Coordinator, Social Media Manager and Blogger. One setup covers one AI employee.
How does monthly billing work?
You pay the first month (plus any one-time setup) today. Before each new month we email you a secure Razorpay payment link. Nothing is auto-debited, and you can stop by simply not renewing (see minimum terms on specific services).
Why is there no GST on my invoice?
Vandiya Softwares Private Limited is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is charged. You receive a proper numbered invoice for every payment.
When does work start?
Our onboarding team contacts you within 1 business day of payment with a short form, and books a call where the service needs one. Nothing goes live until you've seen it.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all through Razorpay's secure checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Software subscriptions can be fully refunded within 7 days of your first purchase. For services, anything we have not started is refunded in full; completed setup or design work is not refundable. Full details: https://vandiya.com/refund-policy
